We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a physically demanding role involving manual handling of goods from vehicle to customer premises, supported by a driver’s mate. The position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
This role includes night shift hours and offers a performance-based bonus scheme.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely and legally operate delivery vehicles in line with company and transport regulations
* Follow Road Transport Directive legislation and maintain compliance at all times
* Apply correct load restraint procedures to ensure secure transportation
* Load and unload goods manually, maintaining safety and security of items
* Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly
* Complete delivery paperwork accurately and on time
* Uphold health and safety standards in the depot, on the road, and at customer sites
* Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle
* Support with non-driving duties as required
Requirements
* Valid UK Driving Licence (maximum of 3 penalty points)
* Valid CPC card
* Proven experience in multi-drop delivery and manual handling
* Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving goods
* Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
