A modern clinic in Ormskirk, we pride ourselves on providing a quality service in a friendly environment and are now seeking a new addition to our team.
Podiatry Receptionist working 2 days per week (Wednesday and Friday 9am-5pm) on a job share basis. Candidate must be flexible as it will be necessary to cover job share partner where required. The clinic is open 4 days a week. Additional Saturday working required up to once a month (short day).
We are looking for a compassionate, warm, and friendly receptionist who is at ease welcoming patients into our busy clinic. There will be a need to understand the different treatments offered but full training will be given.
The candidate should be organised and accurate in their work and able to multi-task. As well as booking appointments, the receptionist will be responsible for taking payments, invoicing and balancing the day's work. A background in banking would be an advantage although not essential.
The successful candidate should be prepared to 'muck in' with light cleaning and sterilisation duties.
