3. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
4. Two recent references (work or education-based)

Your role will involve:

5. Supporting pupils with their social and emotional well-being in and out of the classroom
6. Helping children build confidence, friendships, and independence
7. Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
8. Encouraging positive behaviour through patience, consistency, and care
9. Celebrating every small achievement and being a positive role model

Whether you’re an experienced classroom assistant, a recent graduate, or someone with transferable skills who wants to start a career in education, we’d love to hear from you!

Apply today and take the first step toward a rewarding role where you’ll change lives for the better.
