An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior Brand Manager to join a fast-growing brand based in the North West. This role is ideal for someone who\'s passionate about sports and fashion, and who thrives on shaping how a brand is seen by the world. The Senior Brand Manager will lead the team in identifying key consumer trends, driving creative campaigns, and ensuring the brand stands out in a competitive market. This is an opportunity to make a real impact within the marketing team and work alongside colleagues from different departments, reporting directly to the Marketing Lead.
Responsibilities
* Coach and mentor a high performing team
* Spearhead the development of the brand\'s marketing strategies to align with company goals
* Lead the execution of creative 360 campaigns, covering everything from messaging to point-of-sale materials
* Keep a close eye on industry trends and competitors to ensure the brand remains ahead of the curve
* Take full responsibility for the brand\'s tone of voice (TOV) and overall market positioning
* Act as the key link between the marketing team and other internal departments
* Lead the go-to-market (GTM) process and supporting new product launches
* Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on both brand and channel campaigns
* Manage marketing reports and ensuring KPIs are achieved in line with strategic goals
What You Need to Bring
* A degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a focus on marketing
* A kind, empathetic and results oriented leader
* Solid understanding of marketing principles, including consumer behaviour, market research, and analytics, with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience
* Previous experience in the sports or apparel industry is a plus
* A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly when working cross-functionally
* Experience in running 360-degree marketing campaigns from start to finish
* Highly organised with the ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously
