* 12+ months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
* Team leadership and customer service skills.

* Comfortable conducting feedback conversations. Team line-up planning. Product knowledge.
* Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team. Understanding the store's needs and acting accordingly.
YOUR ACTIVITIES:
* Leading by example and coaching, coordinating the shop floor, and ensuring continuous development for the team in store.
* Driving store sales together with the team to meet the targets set by delivering excellent customer service.
* Ensuring the store is up to brand standards at all times, including visual merchandising, replenishment, and customer service, to create the best shopping experience for consumers.
