Role Overview
VF is looking for an exceptional Account Coordinator fluent in French to join our Customer Operations team based in Nottingham, UK. You will be the first point of contact for our wholesale accounts, responsible for tracking the lifecycle of accounts from order entry to final delivery, and serving as the primary point of contact for operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Build rapport and strong relationships with warehouse, planning, sales and credit teams to deliver the best outcome.
* Ensure timely Orderbook conversion, in line with customer expectations and brand objectives, via automated flow or manual releases, highlighting any risks or opportunities.
* Interpret a variety of daily reports as needed by the business.
* Follow the end‑to‑end order‑to‑shipment process, liaising with our DC to ensure timely shipping.
* Understand and manage wholesale accounts across several markets in the EMEA region.
* Communicate with wholesale accounts (retailers, distributors, and sales teams) in their native language, over the phone and by email to provide excellent service.
* Build strong working relationships with a diverse range of people.
* Balance responsibilities in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
* Native or fluent speaker in French and English with strong communication skills.
* Computer literate with Excel skills and the ability to produce reports.
