A beautifully designed, child-centred early years setting in Henley-on-Thames is looking for a passionate and committed Early Years Practitioner to join its warm, supportive and close-knit team.
This is a full-time position within a nurturing environment inspired by Reggio Emilia and Montessori approaches.

Role Details
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:15–17:15
Holidays: 31 days per year
Parking: Free on-site parking

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting children in a mixed-age, free-flow learning environment
* Planning meaningful experiences inspired by children’s interests
* Modelling independence and encouraging a love of learning
* Building strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Working collaboratively with a small, supportive team
* Maintaining a safe, stimulating environment that reflects the setting’s ethos
What We’re Looking For
* Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
* Strong understanding of the EYFS
* Passion for child-led, exploratory learning
* Calm, warm, nurturing approach
* Team-focused and positive attitude
* Interest in Reggio Emilia or Montessori (training can be provided)

* Safeguarding updates
* Paediatric First Aid
* Montessori training (optional)
* Ongoing professional development tailored to your interests
