Essity UK Consumer Goods is looking for a Senior Brand Manager – Consumer Goods to work on our leading household towel brand Plenty. The Senior Brand manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day marketing activation, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives and KPI’s to support ambitious brand growth.
This full-time,position is offered on a hybrid working pattern of up to two days per week working flexibly at home and 3 days based at our office in Didsbury, Manchester.

What You Will Do
In this varied role you will be responsible for:.
* The implementation of the short-term ATL and BTL regional marketing strategy and plans in line with global and local market requirements.
* Build strong cross-functional working relationships with internal customer teams, global teams, agencies & retailers.
* Be the brand lead on Plenty to our multi-functional operational business team regarding strategy, product information and media activities.
* Manage and implement brand marketing activities, with a focus on ATL including TV, digital and social media. Working with shopper marketing and global marketing you will also implement BTL.
* Daily management of external agencies (media, creative, digital), including writing briefs, creative development, general agency management and reporting, with continuous evaluation based on set KPIs.
* With a strong focus on product range development you will work with product specialists and global marketing to develop and bring to market the defined and agreed UK product range including ongoing changes such as claim and packaging/pack format amendments.
Strong focus on Digital Marketing:
* Working with the ABM you will have responsibility for the d aily management of social branded content and social content calendar.
* Ensure brand images and assets are optimised for use on retailer websites.
* Management of brand websites in conjunction with internal digital hub.
* Work with internal digital hub developing ratings and reviews.
Other:
* Responsible for assigned Advertising & Promotion budget, with monthly tracking & reconciling along with raising POs.
* Monthly analysis and reporting of market & consumer data and business performance against KPIs.
* Ownership of the artwork development process including supporting on copy, artwork generation and approvals
* Dotted line responsibility for the Consumer Tissue ABM who works across the CT portfolio including Plenty you will manage their input into relevant brand projects and assist the other Consumer Tissue SBM in the development of the ABM in their role.
Who You Are
* 3-5 year’s experience working within a marketing team preferably within FMCG
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
* Demonstrated experience and success in project management
* Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills
* Excellent team player and demonstration of the ability to work cross-functionally
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
* Ability to multi-task under pressure
* Confident in using Excel and PowerPoint
