£13.81 per hour (days) + enhancements. £14.06 per hour (nights) + enhancements.
Available Hours
* 15 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours
* 18.6 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours
* 23.5 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours
* 30 hours per week – days and nights + opportunity for additional hours
A Day In The Life
As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.
Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Cranmer House
Cranmer House is our residential care home in Fakenham, West Norfolk. The home provides short‑term and full‑time residential care and support.
