Pro‑Tax are working together with an international top firm to recruit a Corporate Tax Associate Director to join their hugely successful Reading office with the view to gain Partner status. With one of the strongest brands regarding corporate tax services in the UK they are looking for a client‑facing adviser as well as a strong networker for the Thames Valley region to retain their excellent reputation as well as strengthen new relationships.
As the sole Corporate Tax Senior Manager or Associate Director you will be a central part of a highly successful team in Southampton as well as a renown figure across their other Southern offices. You will primarily take the responsibility of a portfolio of well known UK brands, mid tier and smaller entrepreneurial local businesses, proactively advising on a multitude of tax issues. You will confidently advise on mergers and acquisitions, international tax, R&D tax, cross‑border, transfer pricing and more. You will assist the Corporate Tax Manager in leading and motivating a high performing team as well as setting team and department targets with the Corporate Tax Senior Partner and conducting appraisals for the Corporate Tax team.
