As an Account Manager, you’ll work face-to-face with our partners, building strong relationships, understanding their business challenges, and supporting them with the tools, insights and strategies they need to grow. You’ll build and maintain the best possible relationship between Rightmove and our estate agents, seeking out opportunities for growth and maximum return on interests.
The role covers DE & SK postcodes - Derbyshire, Cheshire & Staffordshire.
You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team, who work together to reach their targets, help each other in developing their skills and celebrating their wins as team. You’ll work closely with other Account Managers, and report into the Area Director on the team, building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do:
1. Be the trusted partner: Meet partners face-to-face, deepen connections consultatively, and create opportunities for shared success.
2. Grow your portfolio: Manage and develop a high volume portfolio of Estate Agency accounts, with around 80 - 90% account management and 10 - 20% new business.
3. Lead with insight: Use performance data and market trends to guide decisions, highlight growth opportunities, and demonstrate the value of Rightmove’s products in a way that works for every Partner.
4. Drive success together: Create account plans, deliver engaging presentations, and run performance reviews that empower Partners to achieve their goals.
5. Be solutions-focused: Resolve queries quickly and effectively, always keeping fairness, trust, and transparency at the heart of what you do.
6. Collaborate for impact: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth account management, accurate billing, and clear reporting.
7. Innovate inclusively: Spot opportunities for bespoke campaigns and new tools that help all partners thrive, and share ideas that push the industry forward.
8. Live our values: Represent Rightmove with curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement, while helping to build an environment where everyone feels they belong.
Who you are:
9. Experienced in B2B sales: You have face-to-face sales experience, managing accounts and growing revenue.
10. Build trusted relationships: You create meaningful connections at all levels, ensuring your approach is consultative and every partner feels heard, supported and valued.
11. Turn data into action: You analyse performance, spot trends, and translate insights into strategies that drive results.
