Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) – Dementia & Nursing Care
£23 per hour | 36 Hours per week, Day & Night Rotation

What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care with compassion and professionalism
* Lead and support care teams during your shift, promoting best practice
* Develop and review personalised care plans alongside the multidisciplinary team
* Administer medications and oversee clinical interventions
* Monitor residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing, escalating concerns promptly
* Build positive relationships with families and encourage their involvement in care
What We’re Looking For
* Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
* Previous experience in elderly, dementia, or complex care settings
* Confident in leading shifts and supporting care teams
* Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork abilities
* A proactive, person-centred approach to care
