AI Architect – Creative
We're looking for an AI Architect – Creative to embed Generative AI directly into high-performance creative production workflows across video, static imagery, audio, and playable ads.
This role will design and productionise AI-powered pipelines using modern, local, open-source models. You'll act as the Creative team's AI specialist—driving innovation, improving efficiency, and ensuring scalable, commercially impactful creative output.
What You'll Do
Champion an AI-first creative culture
Build and optimise AI pipelines for image, video, audio, and playable content
Lead hands-on work with diffusion models and tools such as ComfyUI, Fooocus, and Automatic1111
Develop reusable workflows and automation (e.g., n8n integrations)
Train and upskill creatives through workshops and documentation
Drive R&D into emerging models and experimental workflows
Improve speed, performance, and cost-efficiency through AI adoption
What We're Looking For
Deep expertise in diffusion models and generative AI applications in production environments
Proven ability to productionise AI tools from concept to deployment
Strong documentation and process design discipline
Confident communicator across technical and executive stakeholders
Analytical, output-driven mindset with strong curiosity for emerging AI
