🚚 Delivery Drivers Wanted – Cambridgeshire Area
📍 Locations: Peterborough, Swaffham, Saffron Walden, Orton Southgate, Bourne, Downham
💰 Pay Rate: £13.37 per hour
🕒 Hours: 07:30 – 19:00 (40 hours per week)
📅 Working Days: 5 days out of 7 (Monday to Sunday)
🚦 Start Date: ASAP
🧾 Contract Type: Temporary (potential for ongoing work)
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Begin each shift at the local delivery office, preparing parcels and post for delivery.
* Use a handheld device to follow routing instructions and collect customer signatures.
* Perform physically demanding duties throughout your shift.
* Carry out deliveries by vehicle and on foot – a trolley may be provided.
✅ Essential Requirements:
* Full UK manual driving licence, held for a minimum of 1 year. Maximum of 6 penalty points.
* A positive, can-do attitude with strong organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and a commitment to high customer service standards.
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Previous delivery or multi-drop experience is helpful but not essential.
* Commitment to safe driving and professional conduct.
