We have partnered with an international luxury brand that is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team and manage the UK business from their incredible London Showroom.
Responsibilities
* Operate as the primary point of contact for key accounts across territory
* Work closely with directors to manage UK sales strategy
* Manage all sales campaigns
* Oversee and manage events and in house shows
* Greet clients and ensure exceptional service is given
* Grow and develop UK and Ire business
* Partner with showroom and facilities teams
* Partner with international Business Development teams
* Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
* Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent is ideal
* Ideally available for an immediate start
* 3+ years' of relevant work experience with luxury wholesale
* Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability and flexibility to travel to brand HQ
