Your Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver individualized lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEND in KS1 or KS2.
* Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters independence and confidence.
* Collaborate with SEND specialists and support staff to ensure effective provision for all students.
* Monitor and assess students' progress using personalized learning plans and observations.
* Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's development and progress.
* Participate in school meetings, professional development, and training related to SEND.
Qualifications
* QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education or SEND.
* Experience working with students with SEND, ideally within a primary school setting.
* Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and SEND provisions.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and families.
* A commitment to supporting children in reaching their full potential.
