Position: Teaching Assistant - Full Time Available
Flexible Hours Available As Shown Below
Full time teaching assistant:
* £22,000.00 to £23,000 per annum before tax and National Insurance
* Annual full-time salary for 35 hours per week (8:00 am to 4:00 pm with one hour unpaid lunch) paid over 52 weeks
* 13 weeks paid holiday annually

Summary of a Behaviour Mentor's role
A Job Description will be provided at interview.
To support teachers and staff by addressing the needs of children requiring assistance to overcome barriers to learning, enabling them to reach their full potential or access the curriculum.
To work with pupils, prioritizing those with significant disadvantages such as children with special or medical needs, challenging behavior, or statements of special educational needs. The role is primarily educational but includes working with families and the community.
To work with children individually or in groups as a listener, facilitator, encourager, motivator, and role model.
Core Purpose
* Support pupils with additional needs and behaviors impacting their attainment.
* Support the ethos of the school.
* Enhance progress and achievement by reducing barriers to learning and promoting participation.
Qualifications
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare or health and social care
* Training provided
* Minimum three years' experience working with children or in the care sector
