About the Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to expert for process optimisation, equipment reliability, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. This is your chance to influence core manufacturing practices while working closely with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do
* Support and lead process improvements and equipment enhancements.
* Monitor and analyse equipment and process performance, addressing issues proactively.
* Implement engineering changes, including parts and process updates.
* Provide ongoing engineering support across planning, operations, and maintenance.
* Ensure adherence to manufacturing safety, quality, and compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For
* A degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
* Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
* Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
* Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and routine maintenance.
* A proactive approach to safety, with experience promoting and auditing compliance.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
