Lead the optimisation of lending decisions through advanced analytics, champion/challenger testing, and strategic modelling, with a focus on new business acquisition. Investigate and incorporate alternative data sources to strengthen underwriting capability and enhance customer segmentation. Develop and maintain a robust credit risk framework, including performance monitoring, feedback loops, and governance processes to ensure effective decision-making across the credit lifecycle. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and customer teams to develop propositions that balance risk, reward, and customer outcomes. Present clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, translating complex analysis into actionable strategy.
