JobPurpose: Business Development Managers areresponsible for managing expectations and developing businesssolutions for their organizations. They are in charge of creatingeffective business plans to generate more revenue increase brandloyalty and improve customersatisfaction.
KeyAccountabilities:
LeadGeneration
Generates lead forILSCV/MHCV/PV/UV deals through interactions with DSE or throughchannel partners/openmarket
Customer RelationshipManagement
End to endcustomer relationship management including explaining productofferings and resolving sales queries
Crossselling product offerings to customers
Educates customer with information to build their understanding ofissues and capabilities
Goes beyond theirday to day work to assist customers in a positivemanner
Dealer RelationshipManagement
Maintainingrelationship with assigneddealer
Deal Processing
Collecting all presanctionand post sanction documents and performing accurate data entries(RSPM SAGE etc)
Internal StakeholderManagement
Interact with operations andcredit team in order to ensure smooth processing of loanapplications
KPIs:
1) Units Disbursed
2) 1st EMIResolution
3) RCCollection
Qualification:Graduate/Undergraduate in any stream. Commerce graduatepreferred
