Planner – Highways & Bridges Location: Bristol (Hybrid) Employment Type: Permanent Programme Planning & Controls * Develop and maintain Primavera P6 programmes for inspection, maintenance and improvement works. * Produce integrated project schedules aligned with operational requirements. * Monitor programme performance against key milestones and deliverables. * Support programme baseline management and change control processes. * Identify and monitor critical path activities. * Assist with schedule risk assessments and programme analysis. Operational Planning & Coordination * Coordinate planning activities across engineering, inspection and operational teams. * Plan access requirements including traffic management and lane closures. * Coordinate bridge closures, possessions and specialist access arrangements. * Assist with sequencing works to maximise efficiency and minimise disruption. * Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and resource constraints. * Support integration with National Highways and third-party programmes. Contract & Commercial Support * Support NEC4-compliant programme submissions. * Assist with Early Warnings and Compensation Event assessments. * Provide schedule information to support project and commercial teams.
