We are looking for a Warehouse Operative (known internally as Vault Operative) to support our drivers in loading and distribution of cash throughout our branch network.

Hours:40 hoursper week
Pay:£14.06 per hour, rising to £15.06 per hour after probation
Shifts: Days/mids and nights (including weekends)

Loomis UK is a cash handling company, helping manage the public flow of cash in society. From secure money safesto intelligent smart safes, cash in transitand cash processing, Loomis supports businesses throughout the UK with crucial cash and coin collectionand delivery services, along with ATM management and replenishment service.
The role
As a Vault Operative, you will assist the management team in the day-to-day operation of the branch, including supporting with a fleet of high-spec security armoured vehicles.
Reporting to the shift manager, you will be responsible for collating deliveries and collections as well as the safe loading and unloading of customers' money.
You will provide an effective communication chain between branch management and road crew, as well as liaising and communicating with customers on day-to-day service and operational requirements.
Compliance with all vault and dispatchprocedures and systems in accordance with company standards is vital for this role along with the ability to monitor the standard of documentation and issue of security equipment.

Exceptional customer service and a high degree ofprofessionalism are essential, along with the adherence to our policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our employees and our clients.
To ensure your ability to carry out your role successfully, we will provide you with full training (both on and off the job), all your essential kit (including full uniform and Personal Protective Equipment where required), as well as continued development throughout your career with us.
To be successful as a Vault Operative with Loomis UK, you will need to work as part of ateam.
An eye for detail and a can do attitude is a must, as well as the ability to operate within a secure working environment.
Shifts have variable start and finish times; on contracted days, you must have unrestricted availability for the full working day.
We also have some specific security criteria that you will need to meet:
* You must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
* You must have verifiable 10-year employment/unemployment/educational history
* An SIA licence would be beneficial (but not essential, as we can support you in attaining one)
