Senior Town Planner

Salary: £40,000

The ideal candidate will have
* Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
* Experience handling a wide range of planning issues
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* The ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects
* A proactive and motivated approach, with an emphasis on delivering high‑quality work and building lasting client relationships
Responsibilities
* Providing expert commercial planning advice to clients
* Preparing high‑quality reports and planning submissions
* Managing and liaising with technical consultants
* Building and maintaining client relationships
* Engaging proactively with local planning authorities and key stakeholders
* Representing client interests throughout the planning process
* Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Rugby office
