Responsibilities
* Campaign Management
* Manage end-to-end Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding £1m.
* Optimize shopping and search ads across multiple markets for maximum performance and relevance.
* Conduct keyword research and analysis to improve ROI.
* Performance Optimisation
* Continuously enhance ad copy, assets, and dynamic elements based on performance metrics.
* Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track, analyze, and drive conversions.
* Create actionable performance reports to refine future strategies.
* Strategy & Execution
* Develop and implement cutting-edge PPC strategies to drive business growth.
* Set up and launch search ad campaigns across a range of clients and markets.
* Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven adjustments.
* Embrace a test-and-learn approach, documenting insights and outcomes for future campaigns.
* Stay ahead of the latest PPC trends and share industry insights.
* Support SEO efforts and assist with basic website updates.
* Analyze website traffic to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
