SEND Teaching Assistant / Support Worker Moving & Handling Trained Location: Cotgrave, Nottinghamshire Pay: Competitive rates (PAYE) About the Role We are recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants / Support Workers to work in a specialist educational setting supporting children and young people with complex physical, medical and learning needs in the NG12 area. This is a hands-on support role requiring confidence with moving and handling, including the use of hoists and mobility equipment, as well as supporting pupils within the classroom and with personal care where required. About the School The setting is a special school for pupils with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties, including physical disabilities and complex needs. Staff work closely with teachers, therapists and care teams to provide a safe, structured and nurturing environment.
