Job Description
Are you a newly qualified Financial Adviser looking to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fully independent IFA firm, working exclusively with some exciting major corporate clients such as Facebook.
You will also receive an existing client book of circa £2M, plus guaranteed leads for 2026.
As a Junior Adviser, youll be servicing a portfolio of lower-end clients, helping them with their financial planning needs while developing your own advisory style. This is a brand-new role, so flexibility and a proactive mindset are key as youll help shape the programme alongside the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide financial advice to a portfolio of clients
2. Build strong relationships and deliver excellent client service
3. Support the development of the advisory programme
4. Work closely with the COO and wider team of IFAs and administrators
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge through CPD and further qualifications
Requirements
6. Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipFA or equivalent) essential
7. CAS authorised
8. CF30
9. 1-2 years IFA experience
10. Ideally academy-trained
11. Strong sales and communication skills
12. Confident in client-facing situations
13. Sociable, adaptable, and eager to learn
14. Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial team
