What you’ll need to succeed:
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills
7. Confidence in speaking with customers both face to face and over the phone

9. Comfort working in a small team and adapting to lone working scenarios
10. Willingness to learn and represent the company’s services with pride
Day-to-day:
11. Handling customer enquiries and converting them into sales
12. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the store
13. Completing administrative tasks to ensure compliance with procedures
14. Managing bad debt recovery and adhering to health and safety protocols
15. Operating a forklift (training provided if needed) and conducting physical rounds of the store
