* 6 month secondment to the Virtual Care Training Team
* 1 full-time role for Crawley HQ.
* Band 6 – £39,959 to £48,117 per annum
The Successful Candidate
* Hold a current Clinical Registration.
* Be 2 year(s) post qualification (or 1 year post qualification with appropriate prior qualifications).
* Have at least 1 year experience using NHS Pathways triage system.
* Be a PaCCS trained clinician.
* Maintain consistent positive audit marks for 6 months.
* Complete the NHS Pathways Coaches course.
* Complete the NHS Pathways Accredited Trainers Module.
* Role located at Medway and Crawley.
* Willing to travel between sites as required.
