They are currently hiring for a Digital Support Apprentice to support their Livingston site and work towards an SCQF Level 6 Apprenticeship Programme. What’s involved? Working as a first response to clients, engineers and colleagues relating to the current property repairs Becoming an expert and proficient in updating customer and job information on their in-house system called AX Using Microsoft Packages such as Excel to process orders as they come through and using Sharepoint and Outlook to communicate these with other colleagues Managing finance documents and invoice information on Sage and AX for dealing with purchase orders and invoices before they are processed Working collaboratively across teams for administration tasks and any enquiries that come in Using online shared drives and online client portals to update the database with information daily What do they need from you? Excellent customer service skills and clear communication with clients and colleagues Be a strong team player Good communication skills Salary: £16,000 per annum Working week: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am – 3pm Benefits: Pension Early finish on a Friday Future prospects: Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain a full time role.
