Now we’re looking for a GEM (General Experience Manager / Store Manager) to lead our London Flagship Store.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and manage daily store operations to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience
* Drive sales performance and exceed KPIs through strong commercial acumen
* Build, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing team
* Ensure outstanding client experience aligned with Aromaria’s brand values
* Execute visual merchandising and in‑store storytelling at the highest standard
* Identify growth opportunities and take initiative to improve store performance
* Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our vision and energy
What We’re Looking For
* +5 years of experience as a Store Manager / GEM in luxury retail brands
* Proven experience in perfumery or fragrance‑related industries
* Proven track record of success (sales growth, team performance, store development)
* Strong sales and business mindset
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills
* High level of ownership, initiative, and problem‑solving ability
* Ability to motivate, coach, and elevate teams
* Passion for customer experience and brand storytelling
* Plus: Marketing mindset or experience (campaigns, activations, local partnerships)
