A fashion accessories retailer who are known for their high quality and stylish designs are looking for an assistant store manager in the Lincoln area. The role of assistant manager will require you to effectively manage the site and drive the teams’ KPI’s whilst implementing the standards around providing an excellent customer service. You will be responsible for a team of 10 – 15 staff and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure targets are being achieved. Premium/luxury fashion experience is desirable for this role.
