Mullion School are seeking a warm, organised and professional Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy school office. This is a key front‑of‑house role, providing an excellent first impression to pupils, parents, staff and visitors while supporting the smooth running of the school.
About The Role
* Be the first point of contact for all enquiries, in person, by phone and via email.
* Provide high‑quality administrative support to the office and wider school community.
* Manage daily tasks such as visitor sign‑in, attendance administration, drafting communications, maintaining records and supporting school systems.
* Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.
* Uphold confidentiality and safeguarding expectations at all times.
About You
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Is friendly, calm under pressure, and enjoys working with children and families.
* Is highly organised with good attention to detail.
* Has strong IT skills (training on school systems will be provided).
* Can work independently and as part of a supportive office team.
* Brings a positive, proactive and problem‑solving approach to their work.
