We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team at Connexus. This role is crucial in helping us become a truly data-driven organisation by equipping colleagues with accurate, timely, and relevant data insights that support evidence-based decision-making.
As a Data Analyst, you will work across the business to produce operational and strategic dashboards, analyse performance trends, and support both internal improvement and external regulatory reporting. Your work will directly influence the way we plan, monitor, and improve our services to customers. You will also contribute to benchmarking activities and lead on the submission of regulatory data returns.
This is a hands-on role where you'll design and deliver data reports using tools like SQL, Excel, SSRS (desirable) and Power BI. You’ll have access to large, varied datasets across customer, property, financial and colleague information, and you'll use these to build dashboards, inform decisions, and track performance against key measures.
You’ll be a confident communicator, capable of engaging with colleagues at all levels and presenting complex data in a clear and actionable way. Your work will support system improvements, and you'll help ensure that data quality remains high, playing an important role in making sure we meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for solving problems and driving improvement through data. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and want to make a real difference in a forward-thinking, community-focused organisation, this could be the perfect role for you.
This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
