About Our Nursery
Bristol Emersons Green, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 105 children and a long-standing team passionate about providing the best start in life for every child. Our nursery includes a qualified early years teacher and offers strong support for children with additional needs. Located near local schools, shops, and the library, we provide free staff parking for easy access to our nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
* Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
* Oversee development and wellbeing of children, with progress tracked and communicated to parents.
* Act as Key Person, ensuring holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met and the environment is clean and secure.
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or higher in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience (preferred as Nursery Room Leader/Manager or Practitioner).
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Passionate about child development and positive relationships with families.
