Citrus Recruit are excited to be working with a well-known brand to recruit for an experienced Sales Team Manager.
Managing a team of 3, you will be managing the day-to-day sales activity and pipeline management, whilst looking after a small portfolio of channel partners.
The successful candidate will have ideally 2 years' experience in a management role within a consultancy or service lead environment.
It's a hybrid role, where you must be able to travel into the office near to Kenilworth ideally 2 days per week.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Sales Team Manager you will be responsible for:
1. Lead and develop a small sales team of 3, managing performance, coaching on best practice, and driving a high‑performance culture.
2. Own the full sales process, ensuring strong pipeline visibility, accurate forecasting, and disciplined CRM management.
3. Drive revenue growth by setting clear targets, monitoring activity, and ensuring opportunities are qualified, progressed, and converted effectively.
4. Support and influence major commercial opportunities, shaping deal strategy, pricing discussions, and cross‑functional collaboration.
5. Build and manage channel, partner, and introducer relationships to create strong routes to market and deliver sustainable revenue.
