Job Description:
Role overview:
* Manage a caseload of clients across the area, working autonomously and managing your own schedule.
* Work from home, the office, and out in the community to achieve positive outcomes tailored to each individual's needs.
* Support individuals with complex needs such as housing crisis, substance misuse, mental health, ACEs, and offending behaviour.
* Develop understanding of ACEs and work with a trauma-informed approach in a physiologically informed environment.
* Build relationships and collaborate with local agencies including local authority, charities, education providers, probation, social services, and housing.
Requirements:
* Ability to engage and build relationships.
* Understanding of homelessness, substance misuse, family breakdown, domestic abuse, and trauma.
* Resilient, forward-thinking, and able to overcome barriers.
* Calm and composed in challenging situations.
* Experience in support work or housing, with knowledge of housing options, law, and benefits.
* Full UK driving license and access to a car.

On Call: Part of the first-tier on-call rota, providing support via telephone and in person. Support Workers may need to cover shifts or attend out-of-hours projects. Additional payment of £96 for on-call duties. Any voluntary or relief shifts are paid at relief rates.
