Customer Advisor
Part‑time: 30 hours per week in Decor or Checkouts Department, or 15 hours per week in Hardware Department.
Permanent contract.
Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7:00am – 10:00pm.
Notional hourly rate: £13.10 per hour (inclusive of £0.81 per hour location allowance).
Location: B&Q Oxford.

What’s the job?
* Become an expert advisor and guide customers in their home improvement projects.
* Sales play a key role; also manage stock, set up displays, and keep the store looking great.
* Opportunity to be trained in paint‑mixing and cutting timber.
* Deliver excellent customer service as the main aim.
