Senior Quantity Surveyor
Binnies, an RSK Group company, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join us in Peterborough as part of the @one Alliance, supporting Anglian Water’s capital investment programme during the AMP8 period.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial and cost management for a project or group of projects, as designated by the Project Commercial Manager
- Ensure robust cost management processes are in place, with accurate and timely reports, data, and analysis to support commercial decision-making
- Ensure all project team members (including site staff) understand contractual arrangements to satisfy Client and Partner organisation requirements
- Work collaboratively with the Delivery Team to identify, implement, and monitor efficiency plans throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure proper records (including final accounts) are maintained so financial information is readily available for audits and cost assurance
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you’ll have extensive experience in cost management. A degree (or equivalent) in an engineering, management, or cost‑related discipline is beneficial, but your passion and drive for a career in Commercial Management is most important.
You’ll bring first‑class customer service and leadership skills, a strong understanding of construction and safety, and the confidence to challenge processes, practices, and norms to continuously improve the commercial performance of the business.
