The role
You’ll be part of a team responsible for building and maintaining a sclable web platform with nearly half a million users.
The focus is on writing solid, maintainable code and delivering features in a practical, reliable way. There’s room to learn, contribute ideas, and develop your skills over time.
Key responsibilities + tech
* You will be building a Python (Django) back-end and React front-end, hosted on AWS with a Postgres database.
* Implementing new features and improving existing functionality
* Troubleshooting blockers to ensure seamless user experience.
* Creating basic mock-ups or prototypes when needed
* Supporting the application through ongoing updates and improvements
You will need
* Commercial experience with Python (Django) and React
* Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
* Understanding of Node / Typescript (Nice to have)
* Exposure to AWS and cloud-hosted applications
* A practical approach to problem solving
* Experience with different teams and stakeholders
* Experience working in an Agile environment
