Key Duties of Finance Assistant:
Managing accounts receivable, daily banking, and reconciliations
Preparing supplier invoices for payment
Processing monthly client billing
Supporting accurate financial records and ledger reconciliations
Assisting with client onboarding/offboarding and monitoring timesheets
Completing recurring finance tasks efficiently and professionally
Essential:
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Strong system skills including Microsoft packages
Excellent communication skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach with high integrity
