Are you highly organised, great with people, and looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? We're a friendly, family-run business seeking a hands-on Office & Operations Manager who can oversee our day-to-day office, support our team, and eventually step into a senior leadership role.

You don't need to be an expert in everything from day one – what matters most is that you're confident, organised, and eager to learn. We'll provide training and support to help you grow into the role.

What You'll Do

* Oversee and delegate tasks to other staff, keeping the office running smoothly
* Manage Sage accounting, enter financial data, manage EOM reconciliations
* Provide excellent customer service (emails, phone calls, order enquiries)
* Write and send professional emails/newsletters
* Create simple graphics (e.g. customer labels, promotions, social media posts)
* Operate our in-office professional vinyl & label printing equipment
* Help run CRM promotions and campaigns across social media
* Think outside the box – bringing fresh ideas to support growth and efficiency

What We're Looking For

* Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Confident communicator, able to oversee and support colleagues
* Experience with Sage 50 Accounts (or similar accounting software)
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, general digital tools)
* Proactive, problem-solving attitude
* Willingness to learn new skills (social media, graphics, printing, etc.)

(Experience in everything above is not essential, we definitely require accounting experience – for the rest we will train the right person.)

What You'll Get

* Full-time, stable hours: Monday–Friday, 39 hrs
* No weekends, no mandatory overtime
