Hartmann Young is partnering with a global leader in diagnostic and laboratory products to recruit a commercially driven Global Sales Manager who will lead a high-performing team and accelerate strategic growth across international markets.
Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and develop a national, multidisciplinary sales team
* Manage key global customers and major distributors (c. 60 high-value partners)
* Drive strategic expansion into new markets and product categories
* Support the launch and commercialisation of new diagnostic and environmental testing products
* Shape company-wide strategy in collaboration with R&D, Regulatory, Finance, and Operations
* Build relationships with £1BN+ global organisations and high-value diagnostic clients
Requirements
* Strong commercial background in diagnostics, medical devices, or laboratory products
* Deep understanding of validation, procurement, and sales processes in hospital and laboratory settings (NHS, EU, or US)
* Confident selling niche, high-value, scientifically validated solutions
* Experienced in distributor management and large international accounts
* Driven, ambitious, and motivated to make a meaningful impact
* Brings a big-company mindset but thrives in a faster-paced, more accountable environment
