Responsibilities
* Performing Painter / Decorator maintenance on social housing / Void properties
* Painting Walls, Floors & Ceiling
* Wall Preparing / Vinyl Flooring / Patch Work
* Internal & External work
* Planned & Reactive Maintenance works
* Liaising with planning team re/ jobs
Package
* £22 Per Hour UMBRELLA
* Long Contract to Mid 2026
* Company Van and Fuel Card
* Monday to Friday
* Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Qualifications
* Carpentry: 3 years (required)
* Social Housing Maintenance: 2 years (required)
* Driving Licence (required)
