Communicating with your line manager regarding activities and progress within the room.
As an Apprentice, you will work alongside qualified staff who will support and mentor you during your apprenticeship. You will attend bespoke Learning & Development courses to gain underpinning knowledge and skills. A Development Coach will visit regularly to assess your work, provide recognition, and guide you through your apprenticeship.
To apply, you must be working or caring for children, whether voluntarily or paid. Having a Level 2 in Early Years, Maths and English grade C / 4 or above, or functional skills level 2, is desirable.

About our Nursery
Busy Bees Heworth is an Ofsted-rated "Good" nursery with a capacity of 45 children, housed in a charming redbrick building. It features cozy rooms for learning and play, a secure playground, and is located in York's leafy northern suburbs. The nursery is accessible via the A1036, nearby bus stops, and is about a 30-minute walk from York train station. Free parking is available.
