Social Network Login/Join Role
We are seeking a candidate to join our team in a role focused on customer engagement and process improvement. The responsibilities include:
1. Establishing suitable resolutions for both the customer and the business in a timely manner.
2. Identifying opportunities to maximize growth and revenue through cross-selling and referring to specialist sales teams when appropriate.
3. Identifying and escalating process issues and offering suggestions for suitable resolutions.
4. Increasing customer loyalty and reducing churn by working in synergy with other departments.
5. Maintaining strong communication skills—communicating clearly, concisely, and with detailed accuracy.
Qualifications
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
* Proficiency with all Microsoft Office packages.
* Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret data.
* Ownership of issues and follow-through to resolution.
* Strong questioning and listening skills to accurately pinpoint issues.
* A proactive attitude with a flexible approach to work.
