Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + excellent bonus scheme
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with practical experience working with farm machinery to join a small, close-knit team.You'll be responsible for the refurbishment, repair, and maintenance of agricultural vehicles and machinery, ensuring they are restored to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Refurbishment and repair of agricultural machinery and vehicles
* General maintenance and servicing of equipment
* Welding and spray painting (if required) (is a great skill to have but not essential)
* Valeting and washing machinery before dispatch
* Managing time effectively across multiple tasks
* Supporting team members and contributing to personal development
What We're Looking For:
* Hands-on experience working with farm machinery (essential)
* Maintenance and repair experience within agricultural, plant, or heavy machinery
* Welding skills (preferred, but training available)
* Self-motivated with a practical, problem solving mindset
* Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
