Job Title: Support Engineer
Location: Ramsgate, Kent
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

We are recruiting a Support Engineer for a dynamic client. If you enjoy solving technical issues, explaining complex information simply, and providing excellent customer service, this role could be perfect for you.
Your Role:
As the first point of contact, you will troubleshoot software issues, answer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Eagerness to learn and resourcefulness are key, even if you don’t have all the answers initially.
Note: Occasional out-of-hours support may be required.
