What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Overseeing multiple Lettings branches across London
* Developing new business and growing market share
* Providing leadership, coaching, and performance management for your team
* Driving turnover and profitability in line with company goals
* Ensuring compliance with all legislation and internal procedures
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Implementing strategic plans to elevate the business
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Proven experience in a Lettings Director / Head of Lettings role
* Senior management experience within residential lettings
* Strong business development and leadership skills
* Excellent rapport-building and client relationship management
* First-class communication and customer service abilities
* A full UK Driving Licence
* A commercial and strategic mindset
