A leading End-point Assessment Organisation is looking to recruit a Data Analyst Assessor to support EPA Gateway readiness and conduct End-point Assessments for apprentices completing Level 3 and Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeships.

The role is fully remote with flexible working hours.

They are a specialised, flexible, customer-focused assessment organisation committed to delivering high-quality assessment practices for Digital Apprenticeships. They work with Employers, Colleges, and Training Providers to provide the best possible experience for apprentices, helping them achieve top grades.

About the job:

The Independent Assessor will conduct End-point Assessments across apprenticeship standards. You will work independently, using your subject matter expertise to evaluate evidence, make judgements, and assign grades in accordance with Assessment Plans. This involves conducting interviews, reviewing submitted evidence, and providing constructive feedback to training providers.

In addition to assessments, there are opportunities for professional development through regular CPD, and you may contribute to product development by creating digital content and designing EPA resources and projects.

The ideal candidate:

The candidate should have a passion for data and extensive industry experience. Strong communication skills, a personable approach, and the ability to build relationships with learners and stakeholders are essential. A proactive attitude and willingness to engage in various projects are also important. Prior apprenticeship experience is not required, but a willingness to learn about the sector is necessary.

Skills and Experience:

* At least three years of experience in the data industry, including data analysis, manipulation, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
* Experience with CRM systems, applications, and tools such as SQL and Python.
* Knowledge of processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
* Strong communication skills and soft skills.
* Ability to produce high-quality reports.
* Excellent customer service skills for internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to remain impartial, fair, and unbiased.
