About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Temporaries Recruitment Consultant to join our team, focusing on healthcare recruitment in Newcastle.
Responsibilities
* Source and attract high-quality candidates for healthcare roles through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
* Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify top candidates
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service
* Manage and update candidate records, ensuring accurate and timely communication
* Meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets
Qualifications
* You don't need years of experience in recruitment or a related field (training will be provided)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Basic knowledge of recruitment principles and practices very handy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn our recruitment software

Preferred Skills
